Stephen Trichter,
Producer of Altered States and the Spiritual Awakening |
| Stephen is a clinical psychology doctoral student at Argosy University,
the Chief Operating Officer of False Profit, LLC, and, Founder and
Executive Director of The Organization for the Exploration of Spiritual
Consciousness (www.explorespirit.org).
His research interests include: consciousness studies, the psychoanalytic
tradition, Buddhism, gender issues, and the therapeutic uses of entheogens.
He believes that extensive exploration of the literature in the fields
of consciousness and spirituality can only get one so far. Too often,
opportunities to connect with the people behind these meaningful pages
requires taking time off of work to travel and paying high attendance
fees for events – a difficult situation for many growing professionals
like himself. As one of the founding members of False Profit, LLC,
Stephen believes strongly in the company’s pursuit of investing
in community to return profits of shared joyful experience. We have
an increased ability to make things happen when we combine our energies.
Altered States and the Spiritual Awakening will achieve this goal
by creating an environment that deconstructs barriers between like-minded
individuals, connecting them as a community through thought-provoking,
spiritually uplifting discussion and ritual. |

has led her through paths of poetry, Zen meditation, and healing arts.
She lived two years at Green Gulch Farm, part of the San Francisco
Zen Center, and has trained in craniosacral therapy, reiki, and chi
gong. She hopes to complete and publish her first book of poetry,
